Her broad commercial experience included senior roles heading up cross functional business units to deliver consumer and customer business objectives.
As a consultant Sarah has worked across a variety of sectors such as Travel, Food Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Banking, and Retail, helping business leaders solve business problems and plan effectively.

Before working at PURE Sally held Director level roles in Commercial Planning, Customer Marketing, Category & Shopper and Capability. She has worked directly for M&S, Mars, PepsiCo International and Premier Foods.
Sally is a qualified coach with Henley Business School. She has a strong drive for business success and a proven track record for making things happen.
Before joining PURE, Karen’s career spanned 25 years working for blue chip FMCG organisations Mars Confectionery and PepsiCo International, high-end retailer Selfridges, and the CIPD, the leading body for HR professionals and Learning & Development specialists.
She has a proven track record at Director level in delivering strong results across a variety of commercial, sales, market development, and talent leadership roles. A qualified Executive Coach through Henley Business School, she is well placed to develop the right commercial and people solutions, deliver them with great credibility, and support the embedding process back in the workplace.
